I was at Sandy Bay, Tutukaka Coast. There was this gannet that had been hunting I presume, in the beautiful clear waters. He was standing there, on the beach, in profile, with this very concerned look on his well sculpted face. As the waves broke, the glazed view of the Poor Knights Islands satperfectly below his serious facade. What had happened out there today to make him so concerned?
