Air New Zealand commissioned me to create this piece ‘Dance of the Hiwihiwi’ to celebrate their partnership with the Department of Conservation. It promoted one of Aotearoa’s most epic marine reserves, the Poor Knights Islands. I was lucky enough to do a day there and was inspired by how the hiwihiwi danced with the majestic seaweed.
