chuck is part of ME. shane loved peanuts although felt sad for charlie a lot. he loved the simplicity of the strips and the illustration style. shane loved how a simple line used to show emotion was so powerful. chuck teams up with tintin and asterix. the brown skin colour, beauty spot, koru on polo and moko reference my maori heritage. ka pai! this has been finished with old varnish and an old brush to give that ‘retro kids room’ art look, dust and all!
